“Arin is a great trainer. I don't know how he did it, but he got me working out 6 times a week! I used to work out once maybe twice a week, if at all, but he put together a workout plan and schedule for me, and I followed it. He's very motivating, but pushes you to your limit, which is great. I lost something like 3% body fat in my first month or so working out with him. He is very professional and really cares about his work. He was constantly updating our workout regimen to keep it fresh and work on different parts of the body.
